Auto-entrepreneur deadline: complete your quarterly declaration by 31st January 2011

The next quarterly turnover declaration for auto-entrepreneurs is due by 31st January 2011. Here is a video for new auto entrepreneurs on how to complete the declaration trimestrielle de chiffre d’affaires.

How to make your turnover declaration online

If you wish to make your declaration online, you will first have to create an account with www.Net-Entreprises.fr . Your account will be activated within 48 hours, leaving you plenty of time to complete the online form by 31st January 2011.

What do you need to create your Net Entreprises account:

  • SIRET number
  • Bank account details (IBAN number)

You can create your account on Net Entreprises or go back to the auto entrepreneur official website, click on Déclarer et payer and enter your personal details. Both sites land on http://www.net-entreprises.fr once you have logged on and are managed by URSSAF. Opt for Net Micro when registering. You will need to enter your bank details in order to make your future payments by bank transfer or télérèglement. You can also download the form and send it by post. Reminder: As of the 1st January 2011, you will have to make a turnover declaration with 0€ if you have not made any sale for the quarter. This is one of the new auto-entrepreneur rules voted in december 2010.
