1st report to impots

So….. I need help and advice. I’m stuck in the uk with hubby in hospital. I cannot get back to France. 6 th April will be my first report of income earned as ME. I have yet to receive details from impots to open my account which I’m told will be posted to my french address. I have no one to collect my post and I haven’t yet opened a french bank account! I haven’t earned any income in my first 3 months. I would appreciate any help!!!!
