I would like to start a business in Paris. It is a play and learning class for moms and little children. I’ve emailed the flyer to you. The program is designed to improve both physical and mental capabilities and make learning easier.
- How do I register it? Should I register it? Or is just an Anglo-phone playgroup?
- Should it be an association instead of a profit business?
- How long does all of this take? I want to start renting a space mid-September..too optimistic?
Here is my current situation: I am an auto-entrepreneur, Aid to School Learning. I used to be an AVS (school aid for a child with special needs), from September i will work as a pedagogical consultant for a private school in Paris. I would like to keep this part-time, flexible job while I establish my business.
- Is that possible?
- Do I need to change my AE description? Does it matter?
- Is keeping this status a good idea? Doing both simultaneously?
- How would this affect my taxes and my yearly limit?
- What is the tax percentage for associations compared to other options?
- What do I need?
- What are the steps involved? How long does it take? How much can you help with this, as this is a huge stress for me?
- How do I find out the costs involved?
- Insurance? Do I need to have insurance in case a child gets hurt? Or Disclaimers on the enrollment forms?
- An accountant?
Other questions:
- Advice or Rules about subletting space?
- Many people have asked to join me, when do you take on partners? And is it actually a good idea? At the beginning.. if you’re carrying all the costs..
- What else do I need to know about extra/hidden costs?
