Setting up as micro-entrepreneurs as a couple?

We move permanently to France on 13 October. I am registering as an agent commercial for an Immobilier. Because the job is commission only, I am also hoping to set up our properties for table d’hotes and gites - I understand this is also via Greffe. Can I register for both at the same time and how do I find my local Greffe office (we are in Indre et Loire)? What is the procedure for registering as a table d’hote?

My husband is registering as a micro-entrepreneur for a number of services under services a la personne. Will he be able to help me with the table d’hotes and gites and can I help him in his micro-entrepreneur business?
