Accountant fees for a business set up in France?

My husband and I are each consultants (liberal professionals) and we started our businesses (enterprises individuelle réel simplifie) in Paris last February. However, we’re just learning how important an accountant is to a business in France. We’ve shopped around a bit and the pricing seems especially expensive. And I want to make sure we’re not be taking advantage of because we’re foreigners.

They’re proposing 2,400 euros per year (per person) to provide the annual net income statement, interact with SIE, RSI and URSSAF on our behalf, declare business and personal taxes each year, and receive our monthly invoices and expense receipts. Is this figure the industry standard? It seems especially high given our current turnover. Any input is appreciated.
