Activity code for selling self made greeting cards?

My current auto-entrepreneur activite exercee is Vente en ligne - les cartes de voeux et art reproductions. I currently buy in and sell these products. I would like to design and publish (print) some in house but I am uncertain as to which activity codes I will need to add to my auto-entrepreneur status. If different rates of income tax and social charges apply would they need to be shown separately on the Declaration Trimestrielle de Chiffre D’Affaires?
