Activity codes under auto-entrepreneur?
I am starting a clothing label in France and I have my designs made abroad, I will sell mainly to retailers and occasionally direct to customers. In another post you advised my activity is considered as trade commercant, because I am buying from abroad (although doing the design) and reselling. In addition though, I may also be partly making/finishing some of the clothing, so I would be considered as an artisan. I just want to clarify the activities and activity codes that I use when I register with Chambre de Commerce as an Auto-entrepreneur. So far I’m aware I have to register using:
46.42 Commerce de gros (commerce interentreprises) d’habillement et de chaussures - for selling wholesale to retailers.
47.57 Commerce de detail de textiles en magasin specialise - or selling direct to customers.
- But could you please specify the activity code I need to register as well for making and/or finishing my clothing as an artisan?
- Also can I add additional activities later under the same business?
- Is it possible to register my business online? If not, what forms or documents are required?
