Add family members retrospectively for healthcare?

After reading all the posts about the problems of adding family members to the on-line declaration form and having a clear plan in my mind of how to overcome the problem, I have still managed to send my declaration form into URSSAF via the telecharger and not added my family members. I have received my confirmation email from URSSAF saying that my application is being processed.

I saved a copy of the form for my records, but if I now print this and send it in the post along with my family’s details, am I at risk of registering twice? If I wait until my application has been processed will I still be able to add my family members to my healthcare cover at a later date?
