Address for recapitulatif de l’inscription?

I have just created a business account on net-entreprises.fr here in France, thanks to your helpful video. I have been asked to print off and sign the recapitulatif de l’inscription and post it to the address mentioned. I cannot find this address anywhere, can you advise? Would it be my local URSSAF address (as on my declaration trimestrielle de recettes form?
