Ameli unable to create new account

Still unsuccessfully trying to create a new Ameli account with my social security number, DoB and postcode, the online form returns the message “One or more errors are present in the form”. As my ME was created on 1st May and my SS number subsequently issued, am I not yet fully processed ‘in the system’, or perhaps is there an issue with Ameli?
