APE code clarification for markets?
I currently sell two products at markets and from the outset INSEE have shown my APE code as 4789Z (autres commerces de detail sur eventaires et marches). I sell children’s toys and also sell photographs taken by myself. With my tax declaration approaching for the last quarter, I am expecting to pay 13% social charges for both products (12% plus 1%). When I first registered as an auto-entrepreneur I couldn’t find a code for the photographic element of my work but presume that it falls under the same social charges category as the selling of toys.
I am just looking for reassurance that I will only be paying 13% social charges when I declare my income on line. I really don’t want to be affected by any last minute surprises such as having to pay increased social charges for either product. I do not take portrait photographs or have any involvement in developing photographs for others, I simply sell my own photographs.
