APE code for graphic designer and website developer business in France?

I am not sure what to put down as the activité principale exercée (APE) code for graphic designer and website developer as I do both equally. Is there is an option to cover both design and developer?

I also give advice on digital strategy, e.g. change to make on websites to make more effective, implementing email marketing to communicate with clients and customers and create engaging relationships with them.
