Are digital copies of receipts OK for expenses?

- I know as an auto-entrepreneur in France you don’t do profit, loss or claim individual expenses, but it still requires to note them?
- Are digital copies of receipts sufficient?
- How long do you need to keep receipts for?
- Is there a maximum level for not having receipts? For example in Australia you can claim deductions for expenses up to 300 dollars, above that you need receipts/proof
