I am retired (aged 68) and resident in France. My health care is covered by an S1. I have the opportunity to be re-employed three days a week by my previous employer in the UK. I will of course pay UK tax (no UK national insurance as I am retired) and these earnings will be declared in my French tax return.
Ideally I would like to work most of the time in France and visit the UK for one week every two months (not to exceed residency limits). On this work basis could these UK earnings be liable for French social charges.
