Are these invoices auto-entrepreneur scams?

We are now registered as an auto-entrepreneur in France and have had the following through the post:

RSI Declaration Trimestrielle De Chiffre d’affaires: declaration et paiement des cotisations et contributions sociales et de l’impot sur le revenu: to the amount of 65 euros.
Info-siret: Titaled Formulaire D’inscription; Looks to be a yearly fee of 198 euros.
APE: Le registre professional des entreprises for 289.54 euros.

How will I know whether or not they are scams?
