As an auto-entrepreneur when should I make my first declaration?

I set up as an auto-entrepreneur on 1 Dec and have registered with Net Entreprises for quarterly on-line declarations. When should I make my first declaration and should I receive notification from Net Entreprises to that effect? Then does everything happen automatically with regards to the collection of Social charges by RSI? Lastly, do I need do anything about Ram Gamex or again, is that also automatically updated?
