Auto entrepreneur business activity classification for sejours linguistique?

My partner is setting up an auto-entrepreneur for her sejours linguistique business in France where we have children stay with us for a week or two in our house and they have English lessons in the morning - is this activity classed as commercial or liberale?
In your video about filling in the auto-entrepreneur form you say that that there may be some exoneration in social charges for auto-entrepreneurs if you are over 50 - could you please explain a bit more?
You say in your video that the healthcare provided by your auto-entrepreneur only covers 70% of health care costs - is this right please and if so do people pay for additional cover or take out insurance?
