Auto-entrepreneur categories for English teacher and to sell on markets?

I have a student visa which allows me to work half the time while I am in France (Autorise travail limite 60% legale). A German company has contracted me to freelance as an online business English trainer - I have a TEFL Cert and business degree. I also would like to sell products at the markets during the summer. What two categories do I come under as an auto-entrepreneur?
