Auto Entrepreneur - Low Income very high URSSAF cotisations

I started as an Auto Entrepreneur (I have my Siret) in June and URSSAF are asking me for 795€ (Quatrieme Trimestre 2019) by Nov 5th.

“Retraite complémentaire dans la limite de 37,960€” - à payer 291€
“Contribution formation” - à payer 101€
“CSG/CRDS sur revenues/sociales obligatoires” - à payer 403€

Even though I have only 200€ income since June. Seems a lot. Should I appeal due to low income? Should I pay first and then appeal?
