Auto-entrepreneur or Micro Bic?

I can find no advantages of going down the Micro bic route now that there is the auto-entrepreneur option. Do you have a compare and contrast or advantages and disadvantages list for the two options? Is there an upper and lower age limit for starting an auto-entrepreneur?
