Auto-entrepreneur or SARL for two people?

We are 2 woman looking to start up a catering service in a ski resort for self catered and privately owned chalets. Our turnover for the first few seasons would be rather low, around €10-15k. I’ve read a little on registering as an Auto Entrepreneur but seeing how we are 2 woman and not a couple, is this in anyway possible? Or would we need to set up a SARL even though our turnover is going to be considerably low?
