Auto-entrepreneur business registration with multiple activities?

I want to register myself as an auto entrepreneur business but I have several activities that I perform which is why I need your help. The services I want to provide are:

• I will be doing changeover services for people with a second home and I will be subcontracting to a property management company. I have been advised to register myself via the   auto entrepreneur set up   as homme toutes mains. My functions will be providing chambermaid and cleaning services, light garden maintenance from clearing to weeding and mowing.
• My second activity will be to provide foot massage with basic foot health care. I am not qualified to the standard of pedicure podologue which is a restricted trade in France, but I want to register under the bien-etre but do not know how or where to.
• My third activity will be to provide transport and mobility assistance to a disabled person who wants to be driven to town, as she lives rurally, to enable her do her shopping.

Presently I do cleaning for a few households and am paid and processed via Cheque Emploi Service Universel (CESU). I intend to continue to do this while doing my other jobs. I do not yet know which job will end up bringing in the most money so which will be my principal activity.

2. Can I do this online or is it best to register in person?
3. Which activities should I mention?
