Awaiting siret number - what next?

I have sent off my forms and had several telephone conversations relating to them to register my main activity as ceramique atelier. Under activities I have put initiation ceramique pour enfants and commercial vente de prodit as I want to run painting ceramic sessions for children and also sell cards for an organisation called Phoenix. I should be successful in my ACCRE application as I have been unemployed for more than 6 mths. When I declare my turnover (every 3 mths) will I have to seperate the selling of cards to running a ceramic workshop?
