The table d’hôtes activity is strictly reserved to guests who have a room in your chambres d’hôtes and not passing trade. You can offer one meal per day with regional/traditional French cuisine and the meal should be served at the family table.
In order to serve alcohol with meals you should apply for a Licence de petite restauration, which enables you to serve cider, wine, beer and sweet wine (vin doux AOC).
