Becoming a training centre

Could you please tell me or point me in the right direction to finding out what the benefits are of becoming a training centre (teaching languages) ?

I have sent an email to DIRECCTE, but have been waiting 2 weeks for a response. I would like to become a training centre as quickly as possible in time for September.

Do you think it’s likely that this process and email réponses be slow over the summer period?
