I’m currently registered as an Entreprise Individuel in France but wonder if this is the best legal structure. I would be grateful for your advice. I have three different business activities:
- Accompagnateur en Montagne and Moniteur d’Escalade
- Distributor in France for a brand of UK outdoor clothing
- English lessons registered with DIRRECTE
From a tax perspective I believe that I am under Regime Reel for the distribution activity (as BIC) and Regime Special or Micro for the Accompagnateur / English part. Is this the best business option? If not please can you suggest the best one? Am I right in saying that you can only change towards the end of each year?
