Best Legal Structure for Family

I plan to operate as a profession liberale working in IT Consultancy with clients in the UK and Europe. I am now resident in France and working from France. UK clients are invoiced from a UK Limited Company where my wife and myself used to take a salary payment. We are no longer employed by the UK Company but remain directors and plan to invoice from France for consultancy services.

Turnover for 2021 could be anywhere between 70 - 150k depending on how this year works out which takes me outside the auto-entrepreneur regime.

As our family makes up 3.0 parts in France would I be better adopting régime réel for myself and then employ my wife in the business, and also have the ability to deduct any travel costs to the UK? Or would we be better looking at a different legal structure such as a Family SARL?
