Best way to charge a customer according to the auto-entrepreneur system.

I am working in the field of research and development. There is a project and I told the employer that I prefer to work as auto-entrepreneur, he asked about my hourly rate and how to charge him.

As far as I understood from your great forum, there is a bill that should include my name exactly as it’s registered with the auto-entrepreneur.
I would like to know if there is any other thing that I should include in the bill other than name and amount of money, such as taxes? Given that I registered for the regime of “Prélèvement à la source”.
Is there a template or standard bill that I can download from somewhere?
