BNC - My first quarterly tax payment

Hi, I have entered my first trimesters turnover in the declarer et payer section of http://www.autoentrepreneur.urssaf.fr and it has added the fee for “Formation commercant obligatoire” 0.1% (not a problem) and then told me the total payment due at the bottom.
This payment amount due is essentially 24.3% of the total turnover with no abattement taken into consideration…..
When does this (32% I think for BNC) get taken off/calculated? Do I have to pay this requested amount now and get a refund later? If so, when will I get a refund?
