Hi Valerie and Bonne Année,

I am thinking to start a pizza à emporter et en livraison business one day.
Near where I live in France, there is a lack of good pizza. Being Italian myself I can bring some unique Italian-style pizza (I already make homemade pizza at home), and coming from a tech background I can take care of the digital part too.

What is the best business structure?
Auto-Entrepreneur, EURL, SARL

Do I need the HACCP for the “l’hygiène en restauration rapide” ?

Any ideas on the starting cost of this type of business in a small town?

Rent,
Kitchen equipment,
Wood oven
Ect…

Do I need a specific diploma to run this type of business?

Is there any Government Support to get a loan with low interest?
