Business still valid?
I set up an auto-entrepreneur registration on 10th Sept 2019, receiving a certificat d’inscription with a SIRENE and SIRET. However, then my mother became very unwell and I was travelling back and forth to the UK, spending time there looking after her. She passed away last year and I have this year started to try gathering some clients and gain an income.
My question is: because I did nothing more with any paperwork which arrived, yes a ‘head in the sand’ approach but it was the only way I could cope at the time, and it has now been over 2 years, will my registration be null and void? I have looked up my SIRET but cannot see anything (878 022 193 00014) but I may be looking on the wrong websites. I would like to get myself formalised so that I can set up all the necessary paperwork and taxes, and healthcare, but have no idea how to regularise this? The APE on my initial registration was incorrect, but this is not the main issue for me right now. Should I start from scratch with a new registration?
Can you possibly advise me on actions to take now? Many thanks.
