Business structure for self-publishing author in France?

I’m an auto-entrepreneur as an editor and will be self-publishing my own works next year. Is auto-entrepreneur still an advantageous structure or should I switch to entrepreneur individuel à responsabilité limitée (EIRL) or any of the other structures? I worry that auto-entrepreneur gives no protection for personal assets if I faced any lawsuits over any books (not likely but you never know)? I read this article talking about a lucrative association, is this a good thing to set up?

Would setting up a limited responsibility structure be better than an acte d’insaissibilite? Not sure if an acte d’insaissibilité has implications on our mortgage. At the moment I’m under the limit to apply to be under the association pour la gestion de la sécurité sociale des auteurs (AGESSA). Any ideas would be most welcome.
