Calculating and paying income tax

Are there any tools or solutions for easy ways to calculate and pay income tax as an AE?

I am going to surpass the prélèvement libératoire plafond, so will not be able to opt for the 2% option and will need to calculate it in the various income tranches.

Is there no other way to ‘pay-as-you-go’ if you surpass this plafond?

Are there any tools, templates or calculators to help keep track of this?
