Campsite Business in France - Business Registration

My wife and I are purchasing a property in Normandy (18 acres of forest, lake and field, with a 3 bed house) with the intention that my parents would move down from Scotland. My parents intend to set up a semi-retirement business and run it from that property (campsite, fishing). My wife and I have signed the Compromis and shall complete 30th March.

My parents would be moving April 2021, and their intention is to apply for a ‘passeport talent’, since they would set up a business.
They are willing to invest the 30k EUR in the business (required for VISA) and will be able to support themselves in France. We have plans for development of the site which were accepted around 2003, and were half-built (now lapsed). Dad has demonstrable >5yrs experience in leisure tourism industry.

At this stage, we were looking to register a business and inject some money into it as proof of the project for the VISA. The campsite would be 6 spots limited initially, then more with planning afterwards. The original development plans were for 50 pitches - although it may never get that large…

Please can you recommend a company structure for us? Also we would be happy to consider using your service for business registration, if that is the best way to go. We have been going through Credit Agricole (Rachel) for our banking & mortgage requirements
