Can I be an ME but also involved in a SARL or SAS?

Hello! Next question.

Can I be involved with a SARL or SAS while still being an ME?
I teach English as an ME but do other things as well, one of which will require the starting of a SARL or SAS with 3 other people. Can I be a shareholder without a salary and just take a dividend?

If the answer is no (I read one of your earlier answers, which said no, but it was a couple of years ago), do you have any advice of how to arrange this? Is there another structure that my teaching could come under that would allow me to also be part of another business or some businesses?
