Can I claim a rebate and social charges for an assistant maternelle?

In January 2015 my son was in the care of an assistant maternelle for two days per week, at a maison d’assistants maternelle. As I had never worked in France at that point, I didn’t have a social security number, nor was I paying any social charges. When completing the contract I signed a document stating that I would pay in total and not receive any subsidies etc. Each month I would pay the assistant maternelle directly, and then after a short delay, I would pay a social charge to pajemploi.
As of June 1 2015, I registered auto-entrepreneur business in France and I would like to start claiming childcare benefits. Can I do this retrospectively from June? Perhaps it is an expense I claim at the end of the year when calculating my income tax?
