Can I close and restart the same business?
Should I not get any joy after speaking to RSI, URSSAF etc., what is the situation regarding closing a business down and then starting up again? I am thinking this route if I can not be changed over to auto-entrepreneur, in the near future. If I close the business, how long do I have to wait before opening another business in auto-entrepreneur? Can I actually open another business and carry on the same activity as the last one, but under a different heading?
Also, as an auto-entrepreneur, can I operate on a private bank account or do I need to have a business account? I ask this because the charges for a business account seem extreemly high in comparison to a private account. Anymore advice regarding the above would be very welcome. I will keep you informed of what happens with regard to my change over to auto-entrepreneur?
