Can I close my auto-entrepreneur business by post?

I was online trying to declare cessation of activity. When I type in 8690F activites de sante humaine non classees ailleurs, it does not go through. The page goes white. I want to declare cessation, as the business has not taken off and then try again next year in a different structure. Is it possible to send this request via mail to my RSI center in Caen?
