Can I setup a seasonal video business in a ski resort?

Until then I am trying to find out about registering as an auto-entrepreneur to set up a business that trades in a French ski resort. The business will offer a service to film holidaymakers while they ski and provide a DVD for them to take home. A few things I’m finding hard to answer:

Is video production business regulated?
I live in the UK and only intend to rent an apartment for the season, do I need a French address to register?
Is the temporary shutdown of a business Cessation Temporaire D’Activite needed each year if I don’t intend to trade over the summer?
Would it be easier to set up a UK company and trade through that as a branch or something?
