Can I start a company in France with an employee visa talent

I am a Chinese citizen in France with the passport talent: carte bleu européenne exercise d’une activité salariée. I am currently working for my company as a salaried employee and I intend to start a company on the side in the energy sector with my business partner. I have cleared internally with my company and there is no conflict of interest.
Is it possible for me to start the business with my current work permit and and register myself as the owner? I have looked in the government website and the information I received seems to indicate that usually the carte bleu is only for skilled salaried employees or entrepreneurs, and it seems to be vague and doesn’t cover my situation.
