Can you explain declaration mensuelle de chiffre d’affaires?

Why do I have three tax percentages on my declaration mensuelle de chiffre d’affaires? I know I must pay the 13.3% as a gite owner. I also have on my personal form Presentation de services 22.9% and formation commercant obligatoire at 0.1%. I realise I will need to pay the latter as obligatory but I don’t understand why on my personal form the 22.9% is on.
Do I need to pay 13.4% as I thought, or 36.3% (13.3 + 22.9 + 0.1) which is far more than I expected?
Do I only complete the tax payment calculation on the form and not the earnings and therefore taxes due?
