Carte Vitale and Auto Entrepreneur

At the moment I have a Carte Vitale with my wife and children on. I am about to apply as an auto entrepreneur. On the application, do I :

Have to add my wife and children on in the “do you want to add anyone etc” or will they be still covered on my “old” carte vitale.
I am assuming I will get a new carte vitale after registering as an auto entrepreneur. What will happen to my wife and children’s health care rights?
