CFE form section C - biens du nouvel etablissement

I am completing the CFE form section C Biens du nouvel etablissement. If I’m only renting the property is this OK as an auto-entrepreneur or do I need to be the owner? Also, what happens if you are staying at someone else’s house for free, i.e. the family is letting you stay there so the bail is in the family name but not mine?
