Change of address auto entrepreneur

I am registered as a Gite at my home address and we have now moved and i have tried to change both my domicile address and me business address (same) on the auto-entrepeneur website. I managed to put in the type of activity and then it sent me to the change of address page
I changed the domicile and business address but it is asking me to complete a section on l’Eirl.(I have a screenshot)
Could you please advise
