Change of business name

Hi Valérie,

Couple (many, sorry!) of questions, thank you for your help. I have scrolled through the previous asked questions, but haven’t found anything. If I need to look further, please point me in the right direction.

I am an AE (since 2013), profession liberale, registered with Urssaf.
I would like to change my business name as the current one is too difficult for potential clients abroad.
How/where would I get this done?
What would the implications be?
Would this affect my SIRET/SIREN number?
How long will it take before the changes are being processed? (And I can use my new business name).

I might come up with some more questions, but think with these I am already helped a lot.
