Changing from 2 individual auto-entrepreneurs to which single regime?

I set-up an auto-entrepreneur profession liberale in 2009, designing kitchens and bathrooms, so I could work, earn money and pay into the national social system. Since then my work role has changed and as well as design, I now fit kitchens and bathrooms. In addition I offer a multi-service to my clients, mostly amenagement d’interieur.

My partner Julie also works, managing houses for people who rent them for holidays and also second homes. She looks after the booking, welcome and cleaning of the properties. My auto-entrepreneur could pass the limit in 2015, but Julie’s is well within the limit as her majority is earned during the tourist season (7 to 8 months).

  1. I am very aware that I am operating well above my original status and want/need to evolve it to include the new services (multi-service seems the best approach) and ideally include Julie’s as well. Is it possible to have a regime that works for both of us under one umbrella and perhaps is more tax efficient?
  2. To upgrade my capabilities what documents are necessary to prove my worthiness?
