Changing from commercante to artisan and teaching?

I started selling my home made candles in 2013 in a low key way at a few markets. I registered as a commercante auto-entrepreneur in 2013. I realised that I should have been registered with the Chambre de Metiers but as it wasn’t a very serious or big affair I thought I would get away with it and I did - paid my taxes, got the carte vitale etc.
I have now been asked to hold candle making workshops by the Cevennes National Park and so I realised I needed to be registered as an artisan. I have now registered and need to go on a business course soon.
- Do I need to register with another organisation because I would be teaching?
- I want to hold some workshops at my house and wonder what regulations are and do I need to up my insurance?
