changing my status to Fond de commerce.
Hello,
I am currently set up as an auto-entrepreneur and I would like to keep this going. But I am in the process of purchasing the business that I currently work for. The owners are returning to the UK and are selling the business to me.
It is a property management company and for the last year, I have done everything from cleaning the properties to security checks. I have been informed by my accountant that I need to be set up as fond de commerce. I don’t have any employees as everyone who works with the company is an auto-entrepreneur.
Is it possible to be set up as both fond de commerce and auto-entrepreneur? I would be continuing to do cleaning jobs on top of the new business work and I would like to keep them separate if it is possible?
Please could you offer any advice?
