Checklist for micro entreprise set up

Just wondering if I have covered all the bases in terms of setting up to work as an Independant.

So far I have:

registered with URSSAF so I have my SIRET.
waiting for my code from impots.fr to set up online account.
waiting for my Carte Vitale to arrive
have insurance with an English company that insures French residents for responsibilité civile pro etc.
created a separate (personal) bank account for all income earns to go into.

Would love to know if I have missed anything.

I created my micro entreprise mid-October but will be starting to earn an income as of this week. When do I need to file my first return and is it through the impots.fr website?
