I’m faced with having to make choice for a company in France to be set up. Business turnover will be over 100,000 euros. Me and my spouse working in the company.
- SAS (société par actions simplifiée) or SARL (société à responsabilité limitée) Famille: benefits and downsides with respective choice? What applies for example for the various social charges in respective case?
- In the case of choosing incorporation tax method: are all salaries deducted from the net profit before calculating tax (also the gerant’s)?
- How are the dividends taxed in my personal income tax calculation? I saw 12% being mentioned somewhere? Is the dividend taxation affected by the capital social size?
- As the business is located in a rural area I understand there will be a five year elimination of the corporate tax applicable. Does this apply also to the taxation of the dividends in the company?
